To participate Swedish players must have a Swedish players licence, that means a membership in the Swedish Frisbee Sport Federation. If you don't know your licence number you will find it on a list in the website of the federation.

PDGA-players can include the results from this competition. Therefore it's appreciably if you give us your PDGA-number when you register. If you don't know or remeber your PDGA-number you will find it on www.pdga.org.

AMOUNT OF PLAYERS

We just use one pool of players and the maximum amount of players are 95.
Until May 5 when the reserved player's spots that haven't been used are released 40 spots are reserved according to as follow:

Open	25 spots
Ladies, Master, Men's Junior	5 spots

At a full starting field the date of payment is going to decide who's getting the playing spot and who is landing up on the reserv list. The player who's payment has been noted last will therefore also be placed last on the reserv list.

Having 95 spots also means that there is going to be a resting group. This is because we have 1 group with 5 players on each of the 18 holes of our course = 90 players. That leaves us with 1 group of 5 players surplus. In other words, each group consisting of five players will have to wait/rest every now and then in the waiting for getting a hole to play on. The resting group will be placed, and have as a starting point, the wind shed between hole 6 and 7.

Final registration date is June 15.

Registration after this date will give you a delayed payment penalty of 100 SEK.
A registration is conclusive.

PRICES

Gefle Open is following the set of regulations given by SMTD regarding the year of 2008 which means that:

• cups are handed out to the best three in the classes that have got 4 or more players registered at the final registration date of June 15
• 25% of the participants in every class is getting price money
• at least 70% of the net registration fees in every class are paid out in price money. The junior classes (that aren't allowed to get price money) gets prices correspondent to that amount
• first price in Open is at least 2,000 SEK and
• first price in Ladies and Masters are at least 1,000 SEK

The exact price amounts will be notified by the secretariat during the competition.
